ALL YEAR-END PHOTO SUBMISSIONS (HOTY, ZONES, etc) -- As long as you have purchased the photo it can be used for year-end award submissions.  

HOTY/Zone submissions via the USEF Website -- we are doing FREE submissions for any customers who want to use one of our photos they have purchased.  

We just need you to email us with the following information: the photo you want submitted, the USEF # (horse # for hunter/jumper, rider # for equitation), and also the division won.

Chronicle of the Horse year-end submissions -- we CANNOT do those submissions for our customers.  

You have to submit photos to your association to be included in the year-end awards issue and cannot be submitted separately by us.  Web images work fine for the Chronicle submissions.
